Why I started this
I spent years in enterprise tech watching smart teams get handed AI tools with no context, no guardrails, and no training. The usual result: either nothing changes, or someone pastes confidential data into ChatGPT and nobody knows it happened.
My AI Evolution exists because most AI training is either too theoretical or too tool-specific. I build the sessions I wish companies were running. Practical, honest, and built around what your people actually do on Monday morning.

How engagements work
- The Practice AI Mini-Workshop: $500 flat fee. A two-hour entry course, learn any AI tool or just the basics. Any team, any skill level.
- The Accelerator: from $5,000. Hands-on team workshop, half-day or full-day. Built for non-technical teams.
- The Enterprise: $20,000 to $40,000. Multi-session, multi-department training plus executive coaching, scoped after a discovery call.
- The Fractional AI Advisor: $5,000 to $15,000/month retainer. Your part-time AI leader.
All sessions are educational and applied. Implementation and ongoing management are not included.
