Why I started this
I first found tech at eight, on my grandmother’s DOS computer. Years later, social work taught me to pay attention to what people actually need, what a system leaves out, and where a decision can go wrong.
I bring those habits to AI. I show the useful answer, the invented detail, the missing source fact, and the point where a person has to make the call.
What I do
My AI Evolution delivers educational sessions that help teams build capability without creating dependency. Tools change. The check still matters.

How engagements work
- AI Lab: Focused: $1,250 flat fee. A working session on one to two real workflows. Any team, any skill level.
- AI Lab: Expanded: $5,000 flat fee. A four-to-six workflow scope for a department, with the working session and materials defined in the engagement.
- The Enterprise: from $15,000. Multi-session, multi-department training plus executive coaching, scoped after a discovery call.
- Fractional Advisor: $7,500 to $12,500/month retainer, three-month minimum. Your part-time AI leader.
All sessions are educational and applied. Implementation and ongoing management are not included.
