Who this is for
You've worked with AI Evolution before. Could be a Roadmap session, an Accelerator workshop, an Enterprise engagement, or anything else. Your team is using what they learned. New questions keep coming up: a new tool to evaluate, a policy decision, a workflow that's harder than the original engagement covered, a new hire who wasn't there.
You don't want to book another full engagement every time something comes up. You want a person you can ask. That's what this is.
This is not for new clients. If you've never worked with AI Evolution, book a discovery call first. The Roadmap or Accelerator is the right starting point. The Fractional Advisor is for what comes after.

Direct 1:1 time with priority scheduling. Time with Chrysti when you need it. You get first dibs on slots.

Tool and vendor evaluations. When you're weighing a new AI tool or a vendor pitch, I look at it and tell you what to ask.

Policy and guardrail reviews. AI use policies, prompt guidelines, "what should we let people paste" decisions.

New-hire briefings. Onboard someone into your AI workflows without re-running the whole workshop.

Roadmap check-ins. Where you are vs. where you said you'd be after the workshop. Course-correct if needed.

- Anything you flag as off-record during a session
If something comes up that needs special handling (NDA, regulated industry, executive coaching territory), say so at the start of the call and we'll scope it.
Pricing
12-month minimum commitment. Two ways to pay.
Monthly
$500/mo
$6,000 across 12 months
Quarterly retainer
$1,500/quarter
$6,000 across 4 quarters. Same total. Fewer invoices.
Both options include everything listed above. The 12-month minimum is what makes the advisory work compound. If you need a 90-day check-in instead of a year, book a Roadmap session.
How to start
Three steps.

Confirm you're a fit. You've completed an AI Evolution workshop, and you want continued advisory access. (If you haven't done a workshop yet, the Accelerator is the place to start.)
- 2.
Book a 15-minute call. We talk through what you want from the next 12 months, confirm the scope, and pick monthly or quarterly billing.
- 3.
Sign and go. Contract signed, first call scheduled, you're in.
