For one person, not a team

Set up your AI assistant.
Then find out if it still works in a month.

A live coaching pack for a founder, consultant, or professional who wants one AI tool actually configured for their real work, not a generic template. I set it up with you, then check back twice to see what stuck.

What this is

Three live touches across four weeks.

Most AI setup advice is generic. A single session can leave you with a nice setup that nobody checks. This pack starts with one live session where I map your actual work and configure one tool with you, then two check-ins at week two and week four to catch drift while the fix is still small.

You leave with a tool that fits your work, a written reference for what to trust and what to check, and a way to reset it if it starts drifting.

Vendor neutral No software company pays me to recommend its tool.
Configured with you Not a template. The tool gets set up against your actual work, live.

Good fit

One person with real work, not a team.

This is for a founder, consultant, educator, clinician, or professional using AI in their own work who wants one tool actually set up right, not another list of features.

It is not team training. If a second person wants to sit in, or your staff needs this too, that is the AI Lab or the Enterprise program, not this pack. It is also not ongoing monthly help: the pack ends at week four to six with a reference you keep. If you want continuing access after that, that is the Fractional Advisor seat, not a quiet extension of this one.

Try the check

The setup looked done. It wasn’t.

Made-up teaching example. This is not a client result or a captured tool response.

Week one

The assistant is configured, the first few answers look sharp, the buyer moves on to other work.

Week four check-in

Two habits had already drifted: one custom instruction got overwritten by a default update, and one shortcut for checking sources was no longer being used.

Show how the follow-through catches it

This is why the pack isn’t one session

A single setup session cannot see what happens after you’re on your own. The two follow-ups exist to catch exactly this kind of drift while it is still a two-minute fix, not a habit you have to unlearn.

Bring the work you keep re-explaining to AI. I’ll set it up properly, then make sure it still holds.
