A request to fund applied AI training

What I am asking for
I am asking the company to cover applied AI training. It comes from My AI Evolution, a one-person practice in Lakeland, Florida. The training is about judgment, not tool tricks. It teaches when to trust an answer, how to catch what changed when nobody said so, and how a team can share the same habits.
Why it matters for my job
People here already use AI tools. That is not the risk. The risk is that two people run the same task and hand back two different answers. Then nobody can say which one is right. That is a training gap, not a tool problem.
What it costs
The workshop fee credits toward an Accelerator booked within 30 days.
Which budget this fits
Federal law lets an employer give up to $5,250 per person each year in education help, tax free. It needs a written plan. It covers courses and materials. The training does not have to be for a degree.
There is a second route with no cap at all. If the training improves skills the job already needs, an employer can often cover it tax free with no limit. That call belongs to the company and its payroll advisor.
Florida employers have a third option. CareerSource Florida runs a grant called Incumbent Worker Training. It can pay back a large share of approved training cost. Smaller companies get priority. The employer applies, and it goes in before training starts. CareerSource decides who qualifies and how much. Payment back is never a sure thing.
What changes afterward
People stop pasting raw AI output into work that carries the company name. They check what is worth checking. They can say why an answer held up. And they stop re-explaining themselves to a machine every morning.
What I need from you
Two answers. Do we have an educational assistance plan, and is there a learning budget this year. If the answer to either one is yes, I can take it from there.

Do not send this cold on a Friday. Ask the two budget questions first. Then send this once you know there is something to ask for. A request aimed at a real budget gets read. One aimed at nothing gets filed.
