These terms govern your use of myaievolution.com and the products and services offered by AI Evolution, operated by Chrysti Reichert in Lakeland, Florida ("AI Evolution," "I," or "me"). By using the site, buying the toolkit, or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
AI Evolution provides educational AI training, workshops, and advisory sessions, plus a self-paced digital toolkit. These engagements are educational and applied. I do not provide implementation, deployment, or ongoing management of AI systems. Your team owns and runs anything built during or after a session.
Sessions are scheduled by agreement, typically through the booking link. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Scope, pricing, and any session-specific terms are confirmed in writing before a paid engagement begins.
Current pricing is published on the site and may change over time. The toolkit is a one-time digital purchase. Training and advisory engagements are quoted as flat fees and invoiced as agreed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
For the digital toolkit: if it is not a fit, contact me within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Because it is delivered digitally, refunds are at my discretion after that window. All site content, the toolkit, workshop materials, games, and methods are the property of AI Evolution unless stated otherwise. When I provide templates or materials for your team to keep, you receive a license to use them internally. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish my materials without permission. The toolkit is licensed for individual use.
Use the site and materials lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, misrepresent your identity, or use the materials to harm others.
Training and content are educational and provided "as is." I share practical methods and frameworks, but I cannot guarantee specific business results, and outcomes depend on how you apply what you learn. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs; always review AI results before relying on them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Evolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the toolkit, or the services. My total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid me for the specific product or engagement at issue.
You agree to cover reasonable claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, products, or materials, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when I do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
