What Tampa Bay teams most often need

Tampa Bay's economy spans financial services, healthcare, technology, logistics, and professional services. Every sector is navigating the same question: how do we actually use AI in a way that's safe, practical, and doesn't require an IT project? These workshops answer that question.

Microsoft 365 Copilot. Actually used

Tampa Bay organizations in finance, healthcare, and professional services often have Copilot licenses but no training. This workshop teaches your team to use Copilot for real daily tasks with safe habits and validation built in from the start.

AI safety for regulated industries

Tampa Bay's financial services, healthcare, and legal sectors face real compliance exposure when staff use AI tools without guardrails. This session builds practical, memorable safety habits. Not just a policy document that sits in a folder.

Workflow automation without IT dependency

Power Automate can eliminate repetitive manual tasks across operations, HR, and admin teams. But only if your people understand what to automate, how to design it responsibly, and how to maintain it internally.

Prompt engineering for real outputs

Your team is getting mediocre AI outputs because no one's taught them prompting as a skill. This workshop moves teams from guessing at prompts to using repeatable patterns for drafts, summaries, analysis, and decision support.

How a session works

Every engagement is tailored to your team's actual tools, workflows, and risk profile. There's no generic slide deck. And no interest in selling you anything beyond training.

1
Free discovery call

20 minutes. We talk through your team's tools, pain points, and what a good outcome looks like.

2
The Roadmap session

A 90-minute scoping session that maps your workflows and identifies where AI can help. You receive a written Roadmap document. $400–$600 flat fee, creditable toward the next tier.

3
Workshop or retainer

Half-day Accelerator ($2,500–$3,500), full-day Enterprise ($5,000+), or Fractional AI Advisor retainer. Only if it makes sense.

Common questions. Tampa Bay clients

Do you travel to Tampa for in-person workshops?

Yes. AI Evolution is based in Lakeland. About 45 minutes from Tampa. And regularly delivers in-person workshops across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. Travel is typically included in flat-fee pricing. Confirm at booking.

We're in financial services. Are there compliance considerations?

The AI Safety & Responsible Use workshop is specifically designed for teams in regulated industries. It covers data handling, validation practices, and building a practical AI use policy. Without requiring a formal IT or legal project first.

Can this be customized for our industry?

Every session is tailored to your team's actual tools and workflows. Not delivered from a generic template. The Roadmap session (90 minutes, $400–$600) is the best way to align content before booking a full workshop.

What's the minimum team size?

The Accelerator workshop is designed for 5–15 participants. Smaller teams often get great value from starting with a Roadmap session. For groups of 15+, The Enterprise tier offers a full-day or multi-session format.

How much does a workshop actually cost?

The Roadmap is $400–$600 flat fee for a 90-minute session. The Accelerator is $2,500–$3,500 for a half-day workshop with 5–12 people. The Enterprise tier starts at $5,000. No recurring contracts, no upsells.

How is this different from a Microsoft trainer?

Microsoft trainers teach Microsoft tools. They have to. AI Evolution is vendor-neutral. If your team uses Copilot, you'll learn Copilot. But the thinking patterns travel with the person, not the tool. So when Microsoft ships the next license tier, your training doesn't go stale.

Do you build the AI tools for us?

No. AI Evolution is an educational practice, not an implementation shop. The workshops teach your team to design, build, and own things internally. Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, prompt patterns. If you need someone to build and run AI tools for you, this isn't the right fit.

Why a Lakeland-based trainer matters for Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay teams have plenty of options for AI training. Most of them are either a national chain rolling through a hotel conference room, or a Tampa-based consultancy that builds AI tools and sells training as the on-ramp to a larger implementation contract. AI Evolution is neither. The drive from Lakeland to downtown Tampa is 45 minutes. Same to Brandon, Westshore, or St. Petersburg.

Tampa Bay's mix is real. Financial services and insurance in downtown and Westshore. Healthcare and life sciences clustered near USF and Moffitt. A long bench of professional services firms. Manufacturing in eastern Hillsborough and Pasco. Local government and the Port. Each one of these has the same problem on different paper. Teams have AI licenses or AI access, and the work isn't changing. The workshops are designed to fix that, not to sell you the next thing.

What a Tampa Bay AI workshop looks like in practice

A composite example, drawn from real Central Florida engagements. Identifying details changed.

A 50-person Tampa professional services firm rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot to the whole org six months ago. The intake form for the Roadmap session said the rollout was "going well." The Roadmap session said something different. Eight people used it daily. The other 42 had opened it once. The leadership team didn't know which group was which because the only metric being tracked was license count.

The recommendation: skip the standard Copilot 101 workshop. Run an Accelerator focused on the three workflows the firm runs every week. Client status memos. Internal meeting notes. Proposal first drafts. The team was nervous about confidentiality, so the workshop opened with a one-page rule for what kinds of client information should never go into an AI tool. The rule got posted in Teams the same day.

The workshop ran on a Wednesday afternoon. By the following Tuesday, the meeting notes process had quietly changed across two teams. The IT director didn't have to send a reminder email. The thing that changed wasn't the tool. It was the habit underneath the tool. The license was the easy part. The habit is what survived.
