Four parts, one report.

Approved tools review	I review the AI tools your company has approved or already pays for, plus the options you are weighing, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.	A plain read on what each tool is good for, where tools overlap, and what is missing.
The Catch Test	Your team takes the Catch Test before the meeting. It asks people to spot confident AI mistakes in everyday answers.	A starting baseline for how well your team checks AI work today.
One-hour meeting	I walk through your real workflows with you, the data you worry about, and what you want AI to help with.	Agreement on the few places where AI should help first.
Written report	I write up what I found.	Next steps in order, the uses ranked by payoff and risk, which data can go into which tool, whether you need an AI use policy, and which session fits next, if any.

Independent No vendor commissions, so "you already have the right tool" is an allowed answer.

Plain report Written for the owner, not for an IT department.
